Hero or not, "AGIS"

Neighbourhood police station 48 (PDQ) and the Section enquêtes multidisciplinaires et coordination jeunesse Est, in consultation with their partners in schools and Info-Crime, developed a leaflet on bullying prevention that grew out of the project Hero or not, "AGIS". Intended for junior students of secondary school, that brochure explains, among other things, different forms of bullying, advice for victims and witnesses, the consequences for those doing the bullying and assistance resources.

The project Hero or not, "AGIS" was created by and for 12- to 15-year-olds to foster awareness of those witnessing bullying to the important role they can play and to combat bullying at school by building upon mobilization and engagement of youth. The project was developed by PDQ48, in consultation with École de la Lancée in Arrondissement Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, and with the participation of the illustrator ASTRO.
