What should you do if your child goes missing?

 Do a quick search of the area where your child was last seen.

 Call 9-1-1 immediately and ask for help from your neighbourhood police station.

 Prepare a list of pertinent information such as:

  • the last place your child was seen;
  • a description of what the child was wearing;
  • any health problems (allergies, chronic illnesses, medication);
  • any other appropriate information.

 Give the police your child's ID booklet, if you have one.

 Call the Missing Children's Network at 514 843-4333 or 1 888 692-4673, to notify them of your child's disappearance and get help.

 Tell your neighbours, friends and family, and ask for their help.
