SPVM policies
SPVM staff are expected to comply with the Community relations policy, which requires them in particular to uphold the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Quebec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms.
In addition, the SPVM expects its staff to react to cultural differences with professionalism and sensitivity, in compliance with the Illicit racial profiling policy established on March 22, 2004.
