2012 : SPVM strategic orientations and budget projections
On December 9, 2011, at a sitting of the Commission de la sécurité publique, Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) Director Marc Parent presented the SPVM’s strategic orientations and priorities for 2012. Over the next year, the SPVM will continue to focus its efforts on crime prevention and control, road safety and the peaceable sharing of the urban space.
The SPVM will also continue to pursue steps to boost exchange with the communities and to establish new partnerships, as well as developing strategies for the local realities of each neighbourhood.
The SPVM also presented its 2012 budget projections for putting its plan into action.
