At the SPVM, you will work closely with citizens and in partnership with members of the community, thanks to the neighbourhood police model. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of the needs of Montrealers, the resources available in each neighbourhood and its geographic and demographic characteristics.

Staff recognition is central to SPVM values. Police Service officers are given a great deal of autonomy, and their experience is recognized.
